Making processing:
 

• Material Selection: The base material for holographic film is typically polyester (PET) or polypropylene (PP) film, which must have excellent transparency and durability.

• Coating: A layer of photosensitive material, usually made from photoresist resin, is applied to the surface of the base material. This layer plays a crucial role in the subsequent exposure process.

• Exposure and Etching: Using laser or electron beam exposure equipment, intricate holographic patterns are projected onto the photosensitive layer. The intensity and pattern of the exposure are carefully controlled to create detailed holographic structures. After exposure, the photosensitive material undergoes chemical etching, forming microscopic patterns that reflect and refract light, producing 3D and dynamic effects.

• Metal Coating: To enhance the durability and reflectivity of the holographic film, a thin metal layer is usually applied over the holographic pattern. Common metals used include aluminum, which significantly boosts the visual effect and oxidation resistance.

3.  Can I order if quantity less than MOQ?
Yes and it would be taken as sample order to production. We take more serious on sample order.

4. Can I get Free Samples?
Yes, If samples we have in stock would be provided for testing, but shipment should at your side.
If samples are needed to customize with your logo and designs, please send us designs and advise chip, quantity, and any other details required. Thank you.

5. Can I order with my logo printing, size and shape?
Yes, of course it can. We do OEM. And the original artwork prefer in Abode Illustrator, PDF, CDR9 or CDRX4. In PSD is ok, DPI should over 300.
