Q1. Can I have a sample order ?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days for the products that we are producing. 
If your size is not normal one and needs special prepared, then it takes about 5 days. 
Mass production time normal 15 days ,the exact will according to the order qty . 

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit ?
A: If it is standard size and we have stock , 100 pcs is ok .

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For samples, we need your own DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT account to send it, generally it takes 4-6days. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. For mess production, shipping by sea is the common way for clients.

Q5. How to proceed an order if I have never imported before?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production and will send you images and videos during the production
Fifthly we will arrange the shipment after we get the balance of deposit.
